RETURN POLICY - Products are not refundable unless they are faulty, so please choose carefully. If the product is faulty, then a refund can be arranged if the matter has been addressed within 14days of receipt.
PRE-ORDERS - Please note that when you are agreeing to place a order, that you are committing to the purchase of the product in question, and therefore no refunds or cancellations are acceptable.
SHIPPING - All purchases will be shipped out to you within 2 business days from your purchase.
INTERNATIONAL - We can ship internationally. Please contact us via the contacts tab, to arrange for a shipping quote.
POSTAGE - Please note that on most orders made through the store, you will be invoiced separately for postage, as the postage for each person will vary.
COMBINED POSTAGE - If you are looking to purchase more than one item, please contact us via the contacts tab, so that we can confirm a combined postage quote for you, and invoice you accordingly.
INSURANCE - If you would like to arrange for insurance on your shipping, please advise and we will be happy to include this for you. Although 99% of the time we have no problems with shipping, things can sometimes go astray or be damaged in transit. We can not be held liable for this, and recommend for you to request insurance if you would like to protect your goods.
